This machine tool adopts a new fully enclosed shell, which is simpler and more beautiful than the traditional split cover mechanism. The wire feeding mechanism and wire rack are integrated, the electrode wire path is sealed, and there is no splashing or flowing of working fluid on the bed and other parts, keeping the machine tool clean for a long time and easy to clean.

The bearing seat of the wire storage drum is rigidly connected to the base and bed, the wire storage drum only rotates forward and backward without lateral movement, and the feeding and retracting of the electrode wire is achieved by the lateral movement of the wire rack. The weight of the moving parts is reduced to 1% of traditional designs, greatly reducing vibration during equipment movement and wear of related transmission parts, improving stability.
3) Segment Cutting, Accuracy Guaranteed.
The electrode wire loss is mainly concentrated in the rough machining section with high current and wide pulse width. The electrode wire loss in the semi-finishing section is about one-third of that in the rough machining section, and the loss in the finishing section is less than 0.001mm. By adopting segment cutting, after long-time machining, the electrode wire surface in the finishing section still maintains good roughness and roundness. Therefore, this machine compensates for the defect of traditional middle wire EDM machines where long-term electrode wire loss leads to reduced workpiece accuracy and surface roughness, achieving machining results comparable to slow wire EDM.
