Features of DK7750CA Standard Eco-friendly Medium Wire EDM:
1. Traditional machine tool wire storage reels are disposable and cannot be divided into zones, resulting in high electrode wire consumption and high molybdenum wire costs annually. Our reciprocating wire cutting method, which is also our product, allows the wire storage reel to be divided into two zones during processing: rough machining and finish machining. This way, different zones of electrode wire are used for cutting the processed product, greatly saving molybdenum wire costs. Our medium wire EDM performance rivals slow wire EDM but at a much lower price. Our annual molybdenum wire cost is only 1/6 that of ordinary machine tools.
2. Automatic wire tensioning function: Our medium wire EDM uses a constant tension structure, maintaining consistent electrode wire tension during processing. Unlike traditional machines that require manual wire tightening frequently, this improves efficiency.
3. Traditional machines use ruby nozzles and ruby wire guides, but ours do not require ruby nozzles or ruby wire guides, significantly reducing the annual cost of nozzles.
4. Our medium wire EDM is equipped with an encoder, mainly used to distinguish the two zones of the wire storage reel.
5. Easy operation: Ordinary machines require threading the wire to the left side of the machine to fix the electrode wire. Our wire storage reel is parallel to the operator's angle, so the entire threading process requires no movement, saving a lot of time.
6. The annual usage cost of medium wire EDM is 1/6 that of slow wire EDM. Therefore, our reciprocating wire cutting method maintains the original advantages of low price and low usage cost while also offering the high precision and good surface finish of slow wire EDM.
7. Ordinary machines have split-type covers, while our machine uses a new fully enclosed shell. The wire feeding mechanism and wire rack are integrated, the electrode wire path is fully enclosed, preventing splashing of working fluid during processing. It is easy to clean, has a simple and beautiful appearance, and saves space.
