    Special Emulsion for Multiple Cutting

    1. Innovative invention, durable. Traditional machines have the wire storage motor installed outside, driving the slide movement through the screw rod under the slide, which causes wear on rotating parts over time, affecting machine stability. Our new medium-speed wire does not move left and right but rotates forward and backward. The entire wire feeding mechanism and wire rack are integrated, especially the important wire storage component, which greatly reduces wear and vibration during movement, improving stability and significantly enhancing product quality.

    2. Segmented cutting ensures precision and reduces electrode wire consumption. Traditional machines have a one-time, non-dividable wire storage drum, causing high molybdenum wire loss during high-current rough machining, resulting in high annual costs. Our machine features segmented cutting; the wire storage drum is divided into two zones for rough and fine machining. Different electrode wire zones are used for cutting, reducing wire consumption and saving molybdenum wire costs. Our medium-speed wire performance rivals slow wire EDM but at a much lower price.

    3. Automatic wire tensioning function. Our machine uses a constant tension structure, maintaining electrode wire tension during processing without the need for manual tightening as in traditional machines, thus improving efficiency.

    4. Traditional machines use ruby nozzles and ruby wire guides; we do not use these, significantly reducing the annual cost of nozzles.

    5. Simple operation. Ordinary machines require threading the wire around the left side of the machine to fix the electrode wire. Our wire storage drum is parallel to the operator's angle, so threading requires no movement, improving efficiency.

    6. Medium-speed wire EDM machine price: the annual operating cost of medium-speed wire is one-sixth that of slow wire. Our reciprocating wire cutting method maintains the original advantages of low price and low operating cost while offering the high precision and good surface finish of slow wire EDM.

    7. Clean and attractive, safe operation. Ordinary machines have separate covers; our machine uses a new fully enclosed shell integrating the wire feeding mechanism and wire rack. The electrode wire path is fully enclosed, preventing splashing of working fluid during processing, making cleaning easy and appearance neat and attractive, saving space.
