(1) Reasonably determine the processing sequence, accurately select the wire hole and electrode wire entry position, and simplify programming.

(2) To determine the coordinate system and simplify calculations during programming, choose the symmetry axis of the graphic as the axis whenever possible.

(3) During programming, calculate the electrode center trajectory and the compensation distance D for the processed shape, where D=R; in the expression, — single-sided discharge gap; R — electrode wire radius.

(4) Divide the electrode wire center trajectory into lines and single arcs, and calculate the coordinate values of the intersection points of each segment based on the average size of the hole or shape.
